How do I make the Send Message Button visible to anyone?

1. First, login using your email address and password.

2. Next, click on the View Profile link in the login box.

3. Click the Edit Profile button at the top of the page.

4. Click the Privacy hyperlink at the top of the page.

5. Next to Send Message Form, click the radio button under 'Anyone'.

5. Click Save at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

How do I edit my Profile Page?

1. First, login using your email address and password.

2. Next, click on the View Profile link in the login box.

3. On the My Profile Page, you can see what your profile will look like in the Member Directory by clicking the My Directory Profile link a the top of the page. 

4. Click the Edit Profile button at the top of the page to make changes to your contact information, artist statement and profile picture.

5. Click Save at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

How do I add a photo album to my profile page?

1. First, login using your email address and password.

2. Next, click on the View Profile link in the login box.

3. On the My Profile Page, click the Member Photo Albums hyperlink at the top of the page.

4. Click the Add Album button.

5. Enter a Title and a Description (optional). Click the Submit button.

6. Click the Upload Photos button. You can browse and upload 5 photos at a time. After browsing and selecting photos, click the Upload button.

7. After you create your album, you can edit it by clicking on the album title.

How do I remove my listing from the Member Directory?

1. First, login using your email address and password.

2. Next, click on the View Profile link in the login box.

3. On the My Profile Page, click the Privacy hyperlink at the top of the page.

4. On the Privacy page, click the Edit Profile button.

5. To completely remove your listing in the Member Directory, uncheck the Allow to Show Profile box.

6. To keep your listing, but limit what information is displayed, leave the Allow to Show Profile box checked, but change individual privacy settings in the Details to Show list. 

7. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

How do I post a topic in the News & Events Forum?

1. First, login using your email address and password.

2. On the News & Events Forum page, select the forum that best fits your topic.

3. Click the Create Topic button.

4.  Enter the Name of the Event in the Subject field.

5. Be sure to include the following in the Body field:

  • Location (Address including City & State)
  • Dates / Deadline /Hours (if applicable)
  • Cost
  • Website
  • Contact information

6. Click the Create button.

How do I renew my membership online?

1. Log in using your email and password. (If your email is not recognized, you will need to create a new membership file)

2. Click View Profile.

3. Update your profile information and click the Renew button.

4. As soon as you complete the renewal, you will immediately be eligible to enter the Six Pack Show and your profile page will be listed in our Member Directory, but your membership will not be complete until we recieve your membership fee

Note: If payment is not received within 30 days, your membership may be cancelled.

5. After completing the membership application, you'll receive a Payment Pending email instructing you to  mail your membership fee to:

6. After your payment is recieved, you will receive a confirmation email.

How do I become a member?

We are currently renewing memberships online, however, we are not quite set up to take online payments. 

1. Click on Join Us and complete the renewal application online.

2. As soon as you complete the application, you will immediately be eligible to enter the Six Pack Show and your profile page will be listed in our Member Directory, but your membership will not be complete until we recieve your membership fee

Note: If payment is not received within 30 days, your membership may be cancelled.
